Public Training

Public training classes allow you to get away from your office and join fellow HR professionals in a classroom style environment. This option is ideal for attendees who desire interactive discussions and lively exchanges of office experiences with their peers. Public training is led by subject matter experts and offered at our Columbia, MD facility, as well as select regional locations throughout the year. Some of our interactive public training classes include: Fundamentals of Affirmative Action Planning, BALANCEaap software, Affirmative Action Plan Workshop, and our HR Breakfast Seminar Series.

Instructor Led Online Training

Instructor Led Online training is a convenient way to get the information you need, right from your desk. This option offers the benefit of being guided by an expert trainer without having to leave your office. With just your computer and a phone line, you’ll have one-on-one, undivided attention. Your trainer will walk you through the training session, and you’ll finish with the practical knowledge you need to get the job done. All of our Instructor Led Online training classes are live and individually scheduled based on your availability. All software training, including BALANCEaap, BALANCEpay, and Affirmative Action Plan Workshop are available in this format.

Self-Paced Online Training

Take advantage of our Self-Paced Online training which can be taken 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from the convenience of any computer. This option is perfect for learners who want on-demand control of when and where they take their training. As an added benefit, the Self-Paced training is accessible for 12 months from date of purchase. You have a year to take the training at your own pace, which translates to added value when regulatory and legislative changes are made. Purchase one seat or enough for your entire organization. Fundamentals of Affirmative Action Planning training and other human resources training programs are available in this format.

Private Training

Private training gives you the opportunity to work directly with our expert consultants at the location of your choice. Any one of Berkshire’s training classes can be delivered as a private session, and we can even customize to meet your unique organizational needs. Private training is effective for companies with specific training needs or those with multiple learners.
